Once you have made an order, delivery will be either on the day of purchase, next day or unless stated otherwise from us, however you will be informed of this. 2. Please keep in mind, that as the items we sell are second-hand, it is unlikely that we are able to provide a manual/instruction booklet. 3. Requests for specific timings and delivery dates unfortunately cannot be accommodated. We ask for customers to be fully available throughout the day. 4. We offer delivery outside of London to select areas at a charge. Please contact us to ask if we deliver to your location and charges. To add, there is a £15 surcharge for postcodes inside the congestion zone. 5. Whilst our friendly drivers are required to deliver all items to the ground floor only, they are happy to discuss tips if you need further assistance. 6. If an order is cancelled or we are unaware of your unavailability, there is a £40 failed delivery fee. Re-delivery is also charged at £20.
