1. QUICKLI offers a 14 refund & return policy

 

2. If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase within which to return it to us.

3. All items have to be returned in the exact same condition as it was sold and delivered to you

 

4.  Returns are at the customer’s cost, unless an item is delivered damaged or faulty. This must be made aware to us within 24 hours of delivery, or notified to the driver on receipt

 

5.  The customer is responsible for returning items for refund

​

6.  Should you wish to have items collected by us for refund, this will incur a £40 collection fee per order, which is payable in advance
