DELIVERY POLICY

1. Due to the quick nature with which we operate here at QUICKLI, we are unable to hold items. Once you have made an order, delivery will be either on the day of purchase, next day or unless stated otherwise from us, however you will be informed of this.

​

2. Please keep in mind, that as the items we sell are second-hand, it is unlikely that we are able to provide a manual/instruction booklet. Additionally, items are delivered dismantled as and when required, to ensure secure transportation.

​

3. Requests for specific timings and delivery dates unfortunately cannot be accommodated. We ask for customers to be available throughout the day.

​

4. We offer delivery outside of London to select areas at a charge. Please contact us to ask if we deliver to your location and charges. To add, there is a £15 surcharge for postcodes inside the congestion zone.

​

5. Whilst our friendly drivers are required to deliver all items to the ground floor only, they are happy to discuss tips if you need further assistance.

​

6. If delivery is attempted and no one is there to accept, we reserve the right to place the items near the location of the property.

​

7. If cancellation occurs on the day of delivery, there is a £20 failed delivery fee. Re-delivery is charged at £20 per item.

We reserve the right to modify or update our policies at any time ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If you have any questions about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
