CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If you have had a change of mind once an order is placed and wish to cancel, contact will need to be made the day before delivery, stating that you would like to make a cancellation
​
2. As items are usually dispatched the day after an order has been confirmed, if cancellation occurs on the day of delivery, there is a £60 cancellation fee per item. Re-delivery is also charged at £20.
3. Once delivered and you would like a refund, please refer to our returns policy.
