Once you have made a purchase, delivery will be for the next day, unless stated from us. 2. Requests for specific timings unfortunately cannot be accommodated. We ask for customers to be available throughout the day. 3. We offer delivery outside of London at a charge. Please contact us to ask about delivery charges to your area. To add, there is a £15 surcharge for postcodes inside the congestion zone. 4. Whilst our friendly drivers are required to deliver all items to the ground floor only, they are happy to discuss tips if you need further assistance!
